Jo Togame from the TV anime "WIND BREAKER" is now available in the Rukappu series! Rukappu is a coined word based on "look up", and is a popular figure series that features looking up and sitting poses. When displayed on a desk, it is easier to make eye contact with the figure compared to regular figures. The neck is movable, so you can enjoy adding expressions.
