ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are generally not accepted. If absolutely necessary, contact us as soon as possible.
Pre-order item(s): Deposit are non-refundable.
In-stock item(s): Subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Unfulfilled item(s): Full refund of item(s) will be issued.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to factors beyond our control (e.g. manufacturer or courier issues).
MISHANDLING BY COURIER
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to courier mishandling. Please file claims directly with the courier service.
DEFECTS, DAMAGES & RETURNS
Report any product defect/damage to info@ohgatcha.com within 5 days of receipt. Reports after 5 days will not be entertained.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Include proof of purchase and photos of the damage/defect.
Email the following to info@ohgatcha.com:
Photos of the defect/damage
Order number / Receipt
We will inspect and determine the next steps.
EXCHANGES
Only approved manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only when no replacement stock is available. We do not refund for buyer errors (e.g. accidental purchases, change of mind).
If approved, refunds will be processed via initial payment method - credit card, ewallet, Paypal or Bank Transfer within 7-14 business days.
