Any discount / promotion code is not applicable for pending / balance / additional / follow up payments of existing order.
PENDING PAYMENT Orders with pending payment must be paid within 7 days. Orders that exceed the payment period will be cancelled immediately .
BALANCE PAYMENT For Pre-orders, an arrival notification email will be sent once the ordered item arrives. The balance payment must be paid within 30 working days. Orders that exceed the payment period will be cancelled immediately .
SELF-COLLECTION Order that's left uncollected at 25C Art & Hobbies / Oh! Gatcha Shop within 30 days, will be returned to Oh! Gatcha, and any further arrangement will require additional processing fees.
CANCELLATION Order with unpaid pending / balance payment / uncollected that exceed period of 3-months, will automatically canceled. For canceled order, any deposit / payment made upon the order will be forfeited. Any pending / additional / follow up payment of existing order.
If you cancel your pre-order, any deposit payments made will be forfeited.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee of the total payment before credit is issued.
