    FAQ : OH! Rewards


    TERMS & CONDITION :
    • Oh! Reward is a reward program only for online purchases at ohgatcha.com ; Not applicable for physical shop and event purchases.
    • A registered & activated account is required for Oh! Reward. Remember logging into your account before checking out cart.
    • Lucky Stars and Rewards are not transferable between accounts.
    • Any duplicate accounts found belonging to a single individual will be removed without notice.
    • Earn Lucky Stars with all purchases made at ohgatcha.com from 1st April 2020 onward. Any follow-up payments : Balance Payment / Pending Payment / Installment is not entitled for Lucky Stars.
    • Rewards claimed are strictly non-returnable. Under circumstances that the Rewards are used on an item that becomes unavailable, the RM amount paid will be refunded and Lucky Stars used will be returned to your Oh! Reward. 
    • Reward is applicable for all products and will be applied on the entire order made at ohgatcha.com 
    • Reward is not applicable to any follow-up payments such as balance payment / pending payment / installment.
    • Reward is in the form of Discount Code. Only ONE (1) discount code can be applied per order.
    • Birthday Lucky Stars are limited (1) per year. Customers must enter their birthday in Smile UI at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded with lucky stars.
    • Free Delivery / Shipping - for entire order with minimum purchase of RM200, up to a maximum shipping amount of RM20.00. For address within Malaysia only. 
    • Oh! Gatcha reserves the right to amend the Oh! Reward and any of the above terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.
