‘AXGRIT’ is a brand project launched by SHIBUYA TSUTAYA IP Bookstore in collaboration with Design Coco. Set in an original universe themed around characters equipped with anti-gravity units who ‘fly’ and ‘fight’ in a desolate future world, the project features a range of products—centred on figurines—and exhibitions, primarily at SHIBUYA TSUTAYA. The fifth instalment of the project sees ‘Ichina-nari’ from Hololive English -Myth- make her debut as a 1/7 scale figure! Produced with the full cooperation of Cover Co., Ltd., she has been brought to life in an original outfit that reflects the AXGRIT universe. Her dignified pose, with a pink star held aloft in her left hand, seems to capture the very moment she reaches for hope in a desolate world. Her gentle, reserved smile conveys the calm, serene atmosphere characteristic of ‘Ichinari’. Her hair, billowing in the wind, has been meticulously sculpted down to the finest strands. The jacket, which makes bold use of clear parts, creates a light, translucent effect, allowing you to enjoy different visual impressions depending on the angle from which you view it. A unit modelled on her tentacles is positioned behind her, creating a silhouette that is both fantastical and striking. Furthermore, the anti-gravity units fitted to her crossed legs showcase a precision mechanical design. The striking contrast with her delicate and supple body lines expresses the unique charm of AXGRIT, where cuteness and futuristic design harmonise. By incorporating a commercially available LED light (sold separately) into the dedicated stand, the ‘AXGRIT’ logo glows beautifully, further enhancing the fantastical atmosphere.
